Sr Manager, Corporate Development

Adobe is seeking a Sr Manager, Corporate Development to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a focus on product, operations, SaaS, consumer tech, and enterprise software. The role involves building relationships with internal and external partners, evaluating investment opportunities, and leading deal execution and integration planning.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of cumulative experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience in product, operations, SaaS, consumer tech, and enterprise software
• BA/BS from a top university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field; MBA is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong work ethic, proactive self-starter, and ability to adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• High learning agility, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex financial models and valuations
