Service Technician

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair security systems, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADT or similar products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read building plans. Responsibilities include repairing damaged equipment, coordinating inspections, and preparing trouble order forms.

• Minimum 2 years experience installing and inspecting/repairing ADT or comparable product line
