Director/Sr Director Product Line (SNRS)

The Director/Sr Director Product Line position is responsible for directing and defining principal market requirements, managing product lines, and developing strategic business plans. The role involves overseeing product development, marketing, and sales, as well as supervising teams and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience, 15+ years preferred
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience working with U.S. Navy customers and programs
• Ability to motivate and lead sales team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of successful sales/product management/business development for technology products
