Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate Degree in a technical field preferred
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Experience handling small delicate components, using ESD practices
• Soldering and wire bonding experience
• Safe handling of chemicals
• Experience with various computer applications, including Access, Excel, and Labview
• Experience with MRP
• Good hand and eye coordination
