Facilities Engineer I

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of critical utility and building systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer (PRC Board Passer required)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, and building maintenance
• Experience in managing contractors and third-party service providers
• Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and MS Office tools
• Good project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with capability to handle emergencies and support plant operations
