Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in Industrial Maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairing or replacing defective parts, and reconditioning or repairing machine tools.

What You Will Do

Perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, identify needed parts and supplies, provide support and backup for other team members, and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent, an associate's degree with a technical focus, or 18 months of related experience. They will also have a strong understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems, be able to use basic hand tools, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
• Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to use basic hand tools
