
Job description
The Credit Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the collections function, leading a team and collaborating with sales, customer success, and finance to improve cash flow and reduce credit risk.
Lead credit and collection activities, develop and implement effective collection strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and lead a high-performing team of collectors.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in credit collections, a strong understanding of SaaS models, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
