We are looking for a Compliance Manager to develop compliance work in a leading tech company. The role involves creating sustainable and responsible working methods, developing compliance structures, and contributing to a business where compliance works in practice.

Requirements

• Develop and drive Advania Sweden's compliance framework
• Initiate improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance maturity
• Follow up on deficiencies, incidents, and deviations
• Quality-assure internal regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Collaborate with subject matter/business owners
• Support and educate the business in compliance matters
• Report status, risks, and trends
