Product Engineer (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team to drive operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment. Actively drive and influence designs of new products and manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvements.

What You Will Do

Qualify changes, manage roll out to the whole supply chain, support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products, define and monitor manufacturing metrics, and work closely with contract manufacturers and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in electronic engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of development of printed circuit assemblies
• Years of experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes of high level electronic assemblies
• Analytical skills in failure identification
• Strong ownership and pro-active mindset
• Ability to define schedules and keep time lines
• Good Communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environment
