Job description
Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions. Drive and deliver the vision for Business Partner Portals, defining adoption, usability, and experience KPIs. Act as technical authority for all Salesforce initiatives, leading and mentoring developers, administrators, and external partners.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, define reference architectures, design patterns, and non-functional requirements. Lead architectural reviews, approve solution designs, and provide delivery oversight from concept to production.
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including solution or technical architect roles. Proven experience delivering experience portals, B2B commerce, or customer-facing platforms. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior leadership level.
