Operations Supervisor

Our client is searching for an Operations Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team, responsible for executing all activities on the production floor and leading the operations team.

Requirements

• Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables
• Supervise all operations personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
• Interview, hire, and train new employees on your shift to ensure they are following established safety and performance standards
