Infection Prevention Surveillance Specialist (Roseville)

Job Summary: Infection Prevention Surveillance Specialist is responsible for conducting system-wide surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAI) using nationally accepted definitions and reporting HAIs and IP related measures to NHSN.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Public Health or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• Two years' of experience in healthcare associated infection surveillance using NHSN definitions
• Prior experience with surveillance systems (e.g., Epic, VigiLanz, Theradoc, or comparable)
