Per Diem On Call Hospice RN or LPN

AdvisaCare is seeking a part-time On Call Hospice RN or LPN for the Tri Cities areas. The position involves triaging patient calls, making patient visits, and performing admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a on call basis
