Job description
The Wellness Coordinator will assess client needs, admit to services, and ensure high standards of care are provided. They will work with clients, staff, and healthcare teams to provide optimum client care.
The Wellness Coordinator will perform duties such as hiring/training staff, building relationships, conducting assessments, preparing medical documentation, and coordinating care.
The candidate will have the opportunity to grow their own business, utilize their nursing and management skills, and work with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population.
