Credentialed Trainer

We are seeking a Credentialed Trainer to facilitate electronic health record (EHR) and clinical application training through various methods, including computer-based training, interactive virtual workshops, and virtual reality/simulation-based scenarios. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult education, clinical informatics, or healthcare, and a strong background in Microsoft Office products and other applications.

Requirements

• Facilitate electronic health record (EHR) and clinical application training
• Conduct testing of lesson plans for accuracy
• Review training documents for quality and relevance
• Identify opportunities to improve lesson plans and training strategies
• Conduct 1:1 personalization sessions with clinicians
• Gather feedback on all training delivered
• Facilitate follow-up and ongoing training
