Job Description
We are hiring an Asphalt Roller Operator to support our Paving division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Construction Season. Conduct multiple roller passes over the asphalt to ensure the initial breakdown compaction before intermediate and final smoothness compaction rolling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years Experience Rolling Hot Mix Asphalt with Large and Small Rollers
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration
- A valid class 5 driver's license
