Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience operating a screed
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration
• Valid class 5 driver's license
• Ability to work overtime, nightshift, and weekends
