Requirements

• A proven track record in financial services sales
• Excellent understanding of the platform and investment market, with a strong knowledge of pensions (workplace pensions experience is advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of the financial advisory landscape and key market drivers
• Experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Excellent presentation, influencing and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support advisers in evolving their business models
