Requirements
- Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients
- Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent report writing skills
- Competent with a wide range of windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload
