Job Description
As the Merchandise Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always 'guest ready'. You will work closely with the Merchandising Team Leader and the team to achieve this goal.
Requirements
- Passion for merchandising
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Ability to train and coach the Floorset team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
