Lead - Finance & Accounts

This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Lead Finance & Accounts will prepare financial statements, manage the general ledger, and provide insights to the management team. They also collaborate with teams on budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal English communication
• 7+ years of work experience
• Ability to handle multiple clients
• Prior experience of handling a team of 5 or more staff members
• Good hands-on MS Office and accounting software (Netsuite)
• US GAAP & Tax Compliance
• Management experience
• Client Portfolio Management
