Requirements

• 16+ years of experience in software engineering
• 6+ years in a leadership position managing large, high-performing teams
• Experience guiding teams that leverage AI tools and transforming engineering processes
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, SQL, data modeling, and scalable data architectures
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems and cloud computing platforms
• Proven experience in collaborating with global teams and operating within agile/scrum environments
