Aeroflow Health is seeking an Operations Manager, Culture & Engagement to lead and develop operational teams across its growing Urology business. The role is responsible for coaching leaders, driving accountability, and creating scalable people operations practices to support rapid organizational growth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience leading operational teams
- Experience managing and mentoring operational teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience coaching leaders on accountability, employee development, and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, operational consistency, and follow through on team development commitments
