Business analyst

Business analyst responsible for determining business and development needs, analyzing current processes, and creating functional specifications. Supporting collaboration between business areas, project management, and IT operations. Providing business information and decision-making inputs for system development to project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, information technology, or technical fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst position
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
• Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g. BPMN, UML)
• Experience in agile (Scrum) and/or traditional project management environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong Excel and data handling knowledge
• Familiarity with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or other business and project management tools
• Active intermediate-level English language skills
