
Job description
As an Assistant Manager, Trade Services, you will be responsible for verifying and checking documents, ensuring delivery of trade products to customers, and meeting service standards with accuracy and speed. You will also support the bank's regulatory requirements and contribute to process improvements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing transactions with accuracy, following up with customers for outstanding issues, and ensuring completeness of documents. You will also be involved in special arrangements and tasks assigned by your superior, such as system enhancement and process improvement.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
