
Job description
Provide frontline service to customers, deliver quality customer service, and perform back office functions. Contribute to branch's deposit growth and cross-selling of products.
Take proactive actions to prevent fraud, manage cost control, perform daily branch activities, and ensure accuracy in day-end balancing. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers.
This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to adapt to changing situations.
