Job Description
Affinity Petcare is seeking a Cell Leader for the Production team in their Mantova factory to ensure safety, quality, people, and innovation. The role involves driving the production cell's performance, managing a team of production personnel, and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include deployment strategies, performance monitoring, safety oversight, and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) approach for cell deployment.
- Oversee daily operational performance meetings and coaching.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and participate in innovation.
- Ensure complete performance cycle for team members, including salary reviews.
