
Job description
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials, assembled products, and outgoing shipments. This role involves working with Materials Management and Manufacturing Management to improve quality and drive process improvements.
Perform incoming inspections, audits, and verifications; reduce dependency on detailed incoming inspections; perform audits of outgoing products/shipments; schedule and maintain records for equipment calibration; create, monitor, and follow up on SCAR's and CAPA's; demonstrate strong leadership and drive consistent use of Quality and QMS procedures.
This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a proactive work ethic and ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
