Degumming Superintendent

Role Overview

Lead daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in an operational environment, enjoys building processes, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient plant.

What You Will Do

Lead daily plant operations, inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, coordinate shutdowns, and communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and management. Monitor production output and quality, oversee equipment performance, and train, supervise, and develop plant employees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of supervisory or plant leadership experience (manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment preferred). Experience or knowledge of refined oil processing or degumming operations strongly preferred.
