Plant Supervisor

Role Overview

Ag Processing Inc is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee plant workers and ensure that daily production and equipment maintenance requirements are met. This person will be trained to become responsible for employee safety, customer service and high levels of product quality.

What You Will Do

Supervise and train biodiesel production employees, monitor equipment and facility, assist with production and maintenance, and lead by example.

Requirements

• Able to work rotating night and day shifts
• Leadership skills
• Skill in negotiating, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Able to organize employee work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Agricultural, Industrial Technology, or Biosystems Engineering
• Supervisory experience is a plus
