AG1 is seeking a Manager, Paid Media (International) to join their growing Growth team. The role involves managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads ecosystem for international markets, balancing brand building and performance objectives, and collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in-house or at a top-tier agency managing Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns above the 7 figure budget range per month
- Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals and bidding strategies
- Experience with feed optimisation and Google Merchant Center
- Hands-on-keys experience within Google Ads platform responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, management, optimizing and reporting of campaigns
- Experience building out, updating and owning comprehensive annual testing roadmaps and a learning agenda for Google Ad channels
- Process-oriented mindset to support identifying team needs and contributing to the development of efficiency workflows crossfunctionally
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple workstreams concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and articulate ideas effectively
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude always looking to improve performance
- A proactive approach to work bringing new ideas to the table rather being reactive and waiting to be told what to do
- Demonstrated interest in the broader cultural landscape across social media, spanning health and wellness, sport, social trends, etc
