Assembly Associate I - EPS - Swing Shift

AGC Heat Transfer is looking for an Assembly Associate I to join their Plates team on Swing Shift. The role involves performing hands-on tasks, including handling materials, operating equipment, and performing visual quality inspections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math and reading comprehension
• Ability to follow directions and stay focused
• Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks
• Commitment to safety and 5S principles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
