Sr Pricing Specialist

AGCO is seeking a Sr Pricing Specialist to support pricing activities across LATAM markets, working closely with Sales, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Experience in pricing, sales support, finance or aftermarket is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Experience with ERP, CRM (e.g. Salesforce) or pricing tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English (English language to be able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively).
• Spanish is a plus.
