Director of Care- AgeCare Regina Gardens

The Director of Care of the Long-Term Care Home is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of resident care activities, maintaining an atmosphere conducive to achieving optimal health and welfare of residents and staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant management experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long Term Care
• Current certificate of competence with the provincial College of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
• Post secondary education in nursing, nursing administration and gerontology
• Diploma or certificate in organizational management
