
Job description
You'll be the technical face of the organization, solving problems, enabling workflows, and empowering customers to get the best out of their analytical systems. Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Provides hands-on application support across spectroscopy products like ICPMS/ICPOES etc and sample prep workflows.
This is a role where your expertise becomes influence—and your influence becomes customer success. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
