
Job description
Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and training users on various instruments in the IC area, including ICPMS, ICPOES, AAS, and molecular spectroscopy. Focus on customer satisfaction and winning user recognition through professional services.
Troubleshoot user issues with instruments, provide technical support, and conduct on-site training.
Requires strong communication and teamwork skills, with a good understanding of instrument analysis and a solid theoretical foundation in chemistry and physics.
