
Job description
Responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining high-end LCMS products, including hardware and software related to high-efficiency liquid chromatography, triple quadrupole, flight time, and other related equipment. Collaborate with other departments to complete customer service and support projects.
Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure user satisfaction, and maintain good user relationships. Complete various tasks according to company procedures.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to a high-frequency travel schedule, and have a strong interest in technical research and hands-on work.
