
Job description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers through on-site installation, implementation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Spectroscopy systems. You will work across a variety of laboratory environments, applying strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Install, configure, and optimize Agilent Spectroscopy hardware, software, and networked systems at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve product performance and availability issues at the system and solution level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving skills with a systems-focused approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
