Job Description
AW Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy services on a PRN or full-time basis. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Two (2) years’ experience, preferred.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Agency.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
