Job Description
AW Health Care is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled, intermittent physical therapy in patients' homes. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an approved physical therapist curriculum, current licensure, and at least 2 years of experience.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice
- At least 2 years of experience (preferred)
- Acceptance of the agency's philosophy and goals
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
