We are seeking a summer worker for Shift Leader positions in Naantali. The employment is a fixed-term summer job with a possibility of continuing. As a Shift Leader, you have overall responsibility for all activities taking place in the transportation link's reloading facilities and are responsible for coordinating the reloadings.

• Leading and guiding drivers and truck drivers to achieve efficient loading optimization
• Coordinating reloadings and communicating with drivers, transportation managers, and staff
• Ability to find cost-effective solutions regarding fill rate and capacity utilization
