Role Overview

Support the execution and implementation of system enhancements and projects in Life Operations, specifically in New Business and Control & Collections Process. Understand and improve business processes and system enhancements.

What You Will Do

Execute user acceptance testing, analyze and document test outputs, work with stakeholders to resolve defects, and report progress. Perform post-implementation verification and track daily reports.
