
Job description
The Customer Service Analyst is the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the Service Centre, providing high service standards and ensuring accuracy and compliance for customers' requests.
Provide consistent customer experience, educate customers on digital tools, handle appeals and feedback, and identify process improvements.
The role requires a passion for customer-centric service, good communication skills, and problem-solving skills. A team player with high commitment and flexibility is also required.
