Data Governance Consultant

Role Overview

Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to Data Governance covering various Data Domains across the AIA PH entities. Works closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Governance Data Engineers to ensure data quality and compliance.

What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate Data Governance activities, monitor and report on data quality metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement data governance processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and e-mail applications
• Data Management understanding
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Data Governance Tools (Data360; Informatica and/or similar tools)
• Knowledge on use of Databricks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Good business writing skills and can command/facilitate meetings at different levels
• Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles
