Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs. Monitor and maintain Group Application support systems to avoid or minimize operational disruptions.
Accurately logs issue and updates ticket history to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Hands on and Troubleshoot system faults and solve application problems.
