Operations Data Governance & Data Strategy, Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Support the development and execution of data governance and data strategy initiatives. The role enhances data quality, strengthens regulatory reporting readiness, and partners with Technology and business units to improve enterprise data capabilities.

What You Will Do

Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle management, shape and enhance data governance frameworks, and support development, enhancement, and execution of enterprise-wide data strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data/AI strategy, data governance, data quality, or project governance
• Experience with large-scale and complex datasets
• Financial services regulatory reporting, risk, compliance, or data management experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on with JIRA, Collibra, Purview, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Knowledge in data visualization and data storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High attention to details, data quality and documentation
• Ability to communicate technical data concepts into clear messages for non-technical stakeholders
• Effective collaborator across business and technology functions
