The HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. They will provide a professional, proactive, and effective HR service to assigned business areas, delivering HR programs and initiatives to achieve targeted talent and business outcomes.
The HR Business Partner will drive the people agenda, provide tailor-made solutions, and develop trusted relationships with leaders. They will input into talent acquisition, talent management, and retention initiatives, and advise and coach leaders on key HR themes.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR skills, experience in business partnering, and the ability to drive change and improvement. They will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
