Job Description
Ainsworth is seeking Senior BAS Service Technicians to join their growing Ottawa team. The role involves assisting with BAS installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning within a Construction/Operation Department. They are looking for candidates who are team-oriented, value innovation, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Assist in delivering BAS solutions to customer base.
- Assist with site commissioning, point to point verification, troubleshooting and startups of BAS equipment.
- Complete Schneider Electric product-specific training prior to factory training.
- Demonstrate understanding of HVAC and DDC fundamentals and Schneider Electric BAS product portfolio.
- Valid driver’s license & ability to be insured by Ainsworth
- Pass security screening.
- Fluent in English (written & oral) and French (a definite asset)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Visio or Scripted programming language)
- Medium physical demands
- Ability to climb ladders and work from heights with fall arrest protection
