Job Description
Ainsworth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, support clients, and manage service requests. Requirements
- Receive calls or emails requests from clients.
- Respond efficiently and accurately.
- Engage in active listening.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of CMMS.
- Create and complete work orders.
- Manage Work Order requests and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor SLA commitments and address issues.
