AIR is hiring an Accounting Manager - Debt to manage and oversee the debt team in their Denver Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee the debt team
- Responsible for daily debt transactions
- Month/quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries
- Complete and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis of debt and interest accounts
- Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month/quarter end deadlines are hit
- Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies
- Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues
- Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures
